Minister of Labour Anniken Hauglie opened new Wintershall head officeThe company has built a landmark in Hinna Park

Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Anniken Hauglie opened the new head office of the German oil company Wintershall today. The company has built a landmark in Hinna Park and is moving in the opposite direction to most companies in the oil industry at the moment. The impressive building is a clear investment in the future.

Anniken Hauglie, Minister of Labour and Social Affairs: “It is extremely nice to come and visit an international corporation that will be investing even more in Norway, making their head office here in Stavanger. This company has grown a great deal in the last few years, and obviously intends to grow even more, and that is something I am very happy about”.

Tone Samuelsen, HR Director: “In a way, this our building, and I think that we are sending out an important signal that we have come to stay, and that we are going to continue to grow”.
